Dr Louella Ritz

Dr Louella Ritz is the Director and Specialist Breast Radiologist at The Bone & Breast Care Centre since its inception in 1997. She offers a holistic multimodal approach to all breast problems and osteoporosis screening with special emphasis on TBS. Dr Ritz stays updated with new and current trends by frequently attending annual local and international congresses.

Dr Grace Rubin

Dr Rubin is a Breast Imaging Radiologist with 24 years experience in the field, previously based at Johannesburg academic university hospitals, and currently in fulltime private practice. She headed up the Radiology and Breast Imaging Centre of Excellence at Helen Joseph Hospital from 2010-2022. She has numerous journal publications in Breast Imaging radiology, is a recipient of international & local awards for her work and currently supervises breast imaging research at Wits University.
Pam Strydom
Pam is a qualified Radiographer with an extra qualification as a Mammographer (cum laude - 2009). She has worked at The Bone & Breast Care Centre since 2007. Pam is the Head Radiographer at BBCC.
Besides doing Mammograms and Bone Densities, she makes sure of the smooth running of all procedures and exams and is in charge of all the Practice Medical orders.
Tashna Steenkamp
Tashna is our funky Medical Receptionist who joined the Bone & Breast Care Centre in March 2023. She welcomes our patients with a smile on her face and is patient and compassionate towards the patients. She is very creative and is a fantastic photographer and fashionista. Together with Natasja, they make a great team.
Martie Du Preez
Martie qualified as a Radiographer in 1990 and obtained an Hons. degree in 1993. She qualified as a Mammographer in 2000 and has worked as a dedicated Mammographer since then. At BBCC she does Mammograms, Bone Densities and is one of our VAB Technicians. She also plays an integral part in running the Practice and doing prep for the MDC meetings.
Natasja van der Linde
Natasja started at The Bone & Breast Care Centre in February 2022. She is a very ambitious Medical Receptionist who thinks out the box. Her knowledge of the procedures we do is phenomenal and she is able to answer any questions that the patients may ask her. She is currently an MBA candidate and is very entrepreneurial.
